Christin Phillips, MAI, MBA Senior Vice President

Christin Phillips is a Senior Vice President and MAI and has been with Appraisers & Planners since 2005. She heads up the firm's business in Philadelphia and is a board member of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Appraisal Institute (2016-2018).

She has extensive experience in the valuation of large scale office buildings, retail/shopping centers and multi-family properties and appraises property for a variety of purposes, including:

  • - Financing

Christin is licensed in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and the District of Columbia and generally covers the Mid-Atlantic region for the firm.

Christin was awarded the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2014. This designation requires the applicant to complete rigorous educational requirements, have extensive appraisal experience and pass a comprehensive examination. She attended classes at New York University, Temple University and the national Appraisal Institute to meet requirements for the MAI, certified general appraiser state licenses and continuing education.
